The Role Models Program serves African American children of the Hill District in Grades 3-5, emphasizing education as a means to self and social development. They realize how important it is that children understand the demands and expectations of society and they challenge the children to set goals for themselves and to work hard toward accomplishing them.

MentorNet is the award-winning nonprofit e-mentoring network that addresses the retention and success of those in engineering, science and mathematics, particularly but not exclusively women and other underrepresented groups.
