Welcome to the official Web site of the Girls, Math & Science Partnership (GMSP), a program of Carnegie Science Center, Inc., a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. GMSP's online properties are comprised of, but not limited to, all pages found under www.BrainCake.org.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GMSP WEB SITE. By using the pages on this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the GMSP site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Ownership and Restrictions on Use of Materials
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written and other materials contained on any GMSP site (collectively, the 'Contents') are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other intellectual properties owned or controlled by GMSP.
The Contents of all GMSP owned sites are intended for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site. You may view, copy, and print the Contents displayed on this site subject to the following conditions:

The Information We Collect
This Privacy Policy only applies to the online collection of information and does not apply to information collected by GMSP through other channels (i.e., mail, telephone or onsite registration).
Our websites will only collect personal information which you knowingly and voluntarily provide by, for example, sending emails, completing membership forms, registering for events or other programs, volunteering, donating or responding to surveys. By using GMSP’s websites, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
The personal information that you supply will allow us to appropriately respond to your requests and to provide a variety of services from GMSP. Personal information may include name, address, telephone number, email address, and other personal contact information. Personal information regarding your interests will allow us to provide materials to meet your specific needs. GMSP personnel may, for example, use the personal information to customize offers and target communications.
GMSP may, from time to time, compile statistics on visitors to our web sites, including our members and potential members. In these situations, the information that you provide within these pages may be used to aggregate statistical information to analyze visitor interest. The information aggregated will not include any personal information as it relates to a single visitor.
Currently, users can only make online purchases through the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. If you make a purchase on-line with a link from a GMSP web page, we will ask you to provide only the information necessary to process your order. For reasons of security, GMSP does not store credit card information permanently on any Web server.
GMSP is the sole owner of information you voluntarily submit to us. If at any time it becomes reasonably necessary, GMSP will release the personal information that you have provided to comply with a court order, or protect the rights, property or safety of GMSP, its personnel, the users of its sites, or others.

Information Collected Automatically
GMSP may automatically collect information relating to visitors when they access our sites. This information may include information on how you use our sites, what pages you have visited, or any errors that occurred while you were visiting our sites. This information may be used by GMSP to help us in developing content and improving our sites to create the best experience for our visitors.
